Andy Carroll scored only his seventh Liverpool goal in the early exchanges in the second half as the struggling ponytailed forward finished an Adam cross at the back post. Wolves’ defence was shambolic as Craig Bellamy cashed in a second goal as the forward was invited to run at the home backline before seeing his bobbler beat Hennessey far-too-easily. It was game over at Molineux when Dirk Kuyt tucked the ball away from Adam’s sweet pass.
