It took 68 seconds for Luis Suarez to put Liverpool one up at Carrow road with a fine right footed finish. Suarez added a second late in the first half with the outside of his boot after sloppy defending. Nuri Sahin made it three after the break, slotting home from six yards. Suarez got his hat-trick with another lovely finish. Pepe Reina made an error to allow Morrison to score a consolation goal. Steven Gerrard then added a fifth with a deflected shot. Grant Holt scored another consolation goal for the Canaries.
