The goals started flowing just after the hour mark. Younes Kaboul grabbed the first with a fine header from a Johnson cross and ten minutes later Kanu doubled the lead from another cross by Johnson. But the Rossoneri hit back, first through a tremendous Ronaldinho free-kick and then in injury-time Pippo Inzaghi poked home to prevent a famous Pompey victory.
