After 12 minutes Milan lost Luca Antonini to a nasty looking head injury. The high-flying Rossoneri took a 22nd minute lead in tricky Naples when Robinho applied a left-footed finish from 14-yards after a neat give and go with Massimo Oddo down the right. Just after the 70th minute AC Milan doubled their lead with another goal set up by substitute Oddo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic heading home. Eight minutes later Napoli halved the defecit, Ezequiel Lavezzi scooped a brilliant finish over Abbiati.
