Barcelona needed just four minutes to open their pre-season scoring as Dani Alves lashed a rocket high into the Hamburg near post. The Germans levelled in the 20th when Tolgay Arslan smashed in a rebound after a shot crashed against the Barca bar. Dani Alves went close with a free-kick in the 26th, while Alexis Sanchez had a goal chalked off for offside soon after. The Catalans retook the lead in the 36th when Gerard Deulofeu was on hand to mop up a spill at the back post.
