In a fine passage of play in the first half, Yaya Toure ran rings around Aaron Ramsey before the Ivorian was hacked down by Santi Cazorla (who ends up hugging the City man). The Cizitens broke the deadlock in the 39th minute when Joleon Lescott headed home David Silva’s corner. With eight minutes left on the clock Arsenal notched a deserved leveller as a corner fell at Laurent Koscielny’s feet and the centre-half belted a beauty into the top corner.
