Stuttgart scored first against reigning champs Barcelona after 25 minutes as Gebhart whipped in a fine cross from the right towards Cacau and the four-goal hero from Saturday beat Puyol to the ball to guide his header past Valdes. Six minutes into the second half Barca levelled, it wasn’t pretty, but a high ball into the box was flicked on between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Pique and on the second attempt the Swede stabbed the ball past Lehmann.
