After Livorno broke down the right to leave Genoa floundering, the ball was crossed in to centre-forward Cristiano Lucarelli who swept in the opener for the hosts. On the hour mark defender Domenico Criscito drifted up from the backline to thump in the equaliser for the Genoa,but a last minute strike from Nico Pulzetti earned Livorno the victory.
