Etienne Capoue scored his first goal for the national team to give the French the lead against Belarus in the 49th minute. Christophe Jallet doubled the lead on 69 for Les Bleus. Anton Putsila pulled one back for Belarus but a third from Franck Ribery sealed the victory for Didier Deschamps’ side.
