Fiorentina’s brilliant left-footed Peruvian Juan Vargas continued to grow his burgeoning reputation against Atalanta with a tremendous shot over the keeper from over 25-yards out. Poor Atalanta defending in the final minutes gifted Alberto Gilardino the opportunity to seal the win with the Viola’s second.
